Review:
The apartment was small compared to North American standards but it was very effecient. There was no time where the 7 of us felt cramped. It was clean and well stocked with all the amenities. The "Italian Grandma" as my children called her had the fridge full of milk, water and ice tea for our arrival. Although she had very little English and I with even less Italian we were able to understand the basics. The area is a hub for getting in and around Rome. As with any major city's hub there are a lot of people and you need to be aware of looking too much like tourists. We loved the location, the authentic Italian apartment and are planning to go back and stay here again.

Review:
The location of this apartment is excellent. It literally is steps away from Termini, the main train station. The apartment was well maintained and clean. It provided all the amenities listed with a fully stocked kitchen and several extras. We fully enjoyed our stay in Rome and this apartment helped to make it so much more enjoyable. It was like having a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again if we have the oppportunity. I highly recommend this apartment.

Review:
The apartment was fantastic as were the owners who met us promptly at the time of our arrival. The accommodations were excellent. The apartment was very large, clean, and stocked with coffee, water, tea, staples, and croissants. The location was perfect for us since we wanted to be next to the Termini for catching another train and carrying a lot of luggage. The air conditioning worked very well. There is a unit in each room with a separate thermostate for each room. Also, we considered the price to be unbelievable reasonable. There was only one small problem. We had a difficult time finding the number 3 Milazzo. The apartment is inside a corridor that houses other hotels and apartments. This was rather difficult and frustrating at first. However, there was another hotel attendant who was most helpful and knew the owner, Stefano DeVince. She directed us to the right apartment. Maria and Fabio were the two family members who greeted us and gave us a number if we needed anything. They were most hospitable. We loved our stay and we highly recommend Holiday Velvet. Thanks for everything.

Review:
Repubblica is a lovely apartment it was clean, well presented and very close to termini station which for us was a big bonus. The only down point about the whole experience was that the lady who owns the apartment did not speak any other language other than italian, which made for much confusion and we had to be out of the apartment very early on the day of departure.

Review:
This apartment is BEAUTIFUL! Clean and very well priced. We had a total of 6 adults and 1 child. Nice size and perfect location. We chose to be close to the Termini station for accessibility to the metro and easy airport access. Perfect! We saved so much money and feel it was easy to do with a child. We loved that the Termini station offered a small grocery store for our breakfast and snack needs. Also had plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Another nice feature was a store next door that offered a pay by phone call service. So convenient to make local and long distance calls. We did find that the airport train drops you off at the other end of the train station. So at night we recommend that you walk through the train station to get to the main part. If you walk outside, the streets are busy and hard to cross. Great stay! A must for any large group! Owners are great!
