- Apartment absolutely immaculate, fresh clean bedding and towels. superb location peaceful yet only one minute from the hustle and bustle. Slightly more basic than anticipated with regards to kitchen utensils, pans, not enough cutlery etc.A problem with the main door lock but it was sorted out promptly with the agent. Will be visiting Venice again and will be using Holiday Velvet, outstanding staff.
