- The San Marco apartment is in an excellent location. Just a couple of minutes to St Mark's Square. It was clean, tidy & had reasonable facilites. The only down side is that it more suitable for 4 people rather than the 6 that we needed. Also the smallness of bath/shower was a bit of a challenge. I slipped over once. My elderly in-laws had to have both in the bathroom at the same time to keep each other safe.
