- The location is excellent, excellent is the availability of public transport. The apartment is excellently clean and owner very welcoming. It should be noted that "living room" is not a comfortable place to relax while your TV, as is usual in other holiday homes, but a table with four chairs in the kitchen. TV in bedrooms. Because the TV channels bid for Italian speakers is very limited and lacks the possibility of Internet connection, it would be good if it were available DVD Player functional.

- The location of this 2 bedroom appartment was fantastic. It is one block away from the Vatican City Wall! The owner was very informative and helpful. The outside deck was great for relaxing in the evening or for starting the day with a expresso. There is a grocery store less than 100 meters away from the appartment which was very convenient.. When we return to Rome again we know where we are staying and that is at Sebastiano's.

- We found a place as stated-clean quiet convenient just perfect!!Grocery store on the ground floor!!!!We walked everywhere-Spanish Steps to Vatican etc. which I have checked every early morning ,no lineups.Lovely place Rome.Thank you appt.owner.Only at the airport we waited almost for 1hr for booked taxi(Gino!!!)He never showed up and (when contacted by info person) was very rude.But there are so many polite ones.Super service Holiday Velvet.

- This property is ideally located within walking distance of all interesting sites of Rome. It was everything that was advertised and more (including a computer with internet connection, washing machine, second toilet etc.) We highly recommend it!
