Review:
Newly remodelled apartment with central heating and fully equipped kitchen. 3 stories in a loft setting (pls note that rooms are separated by floors and stairs, but not by walls and doors). Excellent location within not more than 20 minutes walking from all major sights. Very close to Campo di Fiori. Still really quiet. P.S. The restaurant downstairs (Costanza) is really good.

Roma Loft was wonderful. A great location and we enjoyed the historic aspects of the apartment. It has been beautifully modernised whilst retaining its historic charm.

Review:
We stayed in this lovely three level apartment for a week in December '10.It was well appointed with very comfortable beds, a great bathroom, acompact kitchen with all you need and a washing machine (essential withkids). The young teens loved the loft bedroom - like sleeping in an attic. But it didn't give us a lot of privacy. The area was fantastic with thefresh market in the Piazza di Fiori in the morning and lots of cafes andrestaurants very close by. It took a bit to find the supermarket but it isonly about 5 min away just past the excavations of the Teatro Argentina. Many of the delis sell milk. The apartment doesn't have internet access butthere is an Internet Cafe across the main road. A much better option though,is to take your laptop to the Bull Dog Inn across the side St from the ICafe. Buy a drink and ask the staff for the password. They are very friendlyand helpful. We walked everywhere in Rome. It takes about 20 min to get from here to theBorghese Gardens to the north, the Vatican to the east or Trastevere to theSouth. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would love to stay hereagain, but may be tricky for those with mobility issues. Many thanks to James Burrows from Holiday Velvet. He was a delight to workwith. Not one of our dozens of question went unanswered and he even helpedus out when we had some internet difficulties before we left. I recommendJames and Holiday Velvet to everyone.I would Definitely stay here again.

Review:
5 stars not enough, having been to Rome 6 or 7 times before as a tour manager, I though I knew Rome but staying at Roma apts allowed us to explore a lot more and discover things I had not seen before, the apts were excellent in every way and in a very central location, it was exceptionally clean and very well equipped although we only had breakfast there, it really was central to all that Rome has to offer and I would recommend to anyone, our Australian cousins thought it was wonderful too. would also recommend the restaurant underneath Constanza, the food and staff were excellent.

James provided excellent service in helping us with our decision to rent the loft. The loft is in a great location with the market and nightlife around the corner. Internet cafe across the street if needed and walkable to sites The loft is very open which worked fine for our family. The bathroom on the second floor is large and updated. The owner was extremely helpful. I would stay again if we were in Roma

We had a wonderful stay in Roma Loft. The location, presentation of the property and the service from Holiday Velvet was all first class. It is clear that the owners of this property take a personal interest and great pride in the way their property is managed. All theses aspects contributed to a wonderful visit to a spectacular city.

Review:
Our stay in Rome was wonderful from start to finish. Being collected by one of your drivers from the airport i would recommend. The loft apartment was in just the right location tucked away from the square so there was no noise to keep us awake or to wake us up as the market sets up early. The loft itself was well equiped & comfortable, wonderful veiws. The owners of the loft had created an information brochure packed full of their recommendations: the best bakery, which bus to catch, where the bus stop is situated ect, ect. The public transport is great, easy to use & very efficient We will be coming back to Holiday Velvet for our next holiday.

Review:
Unfortunately we could only stay for 3 nights, we all wanted to stay longer. The apartment is really lovely and amazingly located. We walked to the Vatican in perhaps 20 minutes, through the historic quarter & along the wonderful river, and on a second day walked to the Colluseum in 15 - 20 minutes the other way, along the historic main road, & through all the ruins of ancient Rome. Beautiful shops, restaurants & bars are all around, and even though there are exciting places open until 2 am all around the flat itself is isolated enough to be quiet & peaceful. I would love to go back. The only issues with the flat are that there are no doors, so all sleeping areas are a bit connected, meaning it is not the best place for very formal visitors. Also there is only 1 bathroom, which is a bit crowded if you are 5 or 6 people staying. However these were minor problems.
