Review:
Highly recommended: my wife, teenage daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. Central location, in the character-filled close streets of old Rome, with a great view across the rooftops. Minor hassles: climbing 99 steps to get to the apartment (no lift), there is only one good-size bedroom (the 2nd was closet-sized with a cot) and a ladder to access the laundry (no drying facilities) but the apartment is charming, solid, clean and comfortable. Felt quiet & safe. A good shower and separate bathroom. Within easy walking distance of the Vatican, Tevere River and bridges, Trastavere, piazzas and restaurants. There was a timing mishap with the chauffeur service from the airport but it was worth the cost.

I wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with our apartment in Rome & would highly recommend your site. The apartment was very nice, clean & in an excellent location. The pictures on the website were very accurate. We are happy with your services & will definitely use you again. I want to especially point out that Vicky in your Rome office was very helpful in helping us track down some lost luggage. Her customer service skills are excellent & I would like to write a letter to her boss if you have his email address. She really went out of her way to help us when everyone else was not in the least bit helpful. Thank you again for your assistance in choosing the right apartment. We feel that this was a nearly perfect choice for us. Buon anno!

Excellent location and space. Happy to discover that there was a lift since the flat was located on the top floor.

Location of this property could not be better - a quiet street yet just minutes from historic centre. The apartment itself was clean, and well equipped. A few instructions for dishwasher and washing machine would have been useful (we could not get dishes to clean properly in dishwasher) and the dining room table was very wobbly. But these are minor complaints. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and felt that, for Rome, it was probably good value.

Review:
The apartment is spacious & comfortable with tasteful antiques/decor and in a quiet location. The terrace is tiny but perfect & there are two bathrooms, ideal if you are in a larger party (we were just 2).The apartment can actually sleep 5 people at a pinch. The lift is a boon when hauling suitcases upstairs ,but has rather ruined the lovely marble staircase (bah humbug!) We recommend bar Peru just left up the street towards Farnese for cheap(er) coffees & drinks & very friendly barman in the evenings.Best Pizza is at Bafetta 2, just off the Campo -service can be unpredictable but the pizzas are to die for & worth the wait.(But you wont get ham & pineapple!). Too many wonderful restaurants to mention, plus the joy of Campo de Fiori market which is why we choose this location so we can cook...Also the pound against the Euro is hideous just now! Downsides:there is no doorbell marked 'Beducci' despite the info from Holiday Velvet so make sure you ring the contact person before you arrive or you'll have to wait outside & puzzle as we did.The kitchen is minute & could be better equipped for cooking-there's nothing to use in the oven like casserole dishes etc so I could only use the hob.Dishwasher is great though.Main gripe was the CD player didnt work and given the price we were paying,it should have been dealt with.Feeble excuses were offered by the local contact & it took a call to James to get it sorted out which shouldnt have been necessary & was also costly.Service from the agency letting the apartment was impersonal & not exactly friendly, unlike the previous apartment we stayed in which had a personal touch. Some stern notices tell you what you MUST not do! This is why we give a rating of 4 not 5 stars.

Location, location, perfect location! It suited us perfect as a base for our Roman holiday this year. The appartment was lightfilled, with beatiful views over the roofs and terraces - even to St. Peter, and had an ecclectic and comfortable mix of furniture. We enjoyed our breakfast and some of our dinners on the charming little terrace. Even though there were a few flaws (dishwasher wasn't working properly and one washbasin didn't drain), we still rate the stay as 5 star. We'll be back - please check the availability for the second week of May 2010 - at the latest....

Review:
Beautiful apartment in best location in Rome, we loved the Campo de Fiori area and were glad we chose that over other locations. Can walk to everything. Apartment was almost perfect for our needs, but bed in second bedroom is really not a standard single bed by US standards - fine for a 12 year old or under, but others may find it uncomfortable; that's the only reason I bumped down a star from 5 stars. Sofa bed however was fine. Best mozzarella and proscuitto right across the street at Pierluigi. Welcoming staff very attentive, but need to call on arrival so keep phone number handy. Would not hesitate to book again or recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The location of the terrace was fantastic, so close to the main attractions and piazzas. The terrace was very good although the outdoor terrace was smaller than l thought. Other than that it was comfortable and thank gosh the air conditioning worked well as it was very hot in Rome.
