Hi James, I am just back from Rome, and I wanted to let you know we had a fantastic time. The apartment was fantastic, the website did not do it justice. Please would you let Evelyn know that we loved her apartment and all the little extras she left lying around. I have some distant family in Rome who came to see me and they were very impressed with the apartmen, and will also be recommending you to their family in other parts of Italy.. I will definately be recommending you to my freinds and family, and when I come again the next time with my husband I will contact you as this apartment would be my first choice, its so central to everything, and the veiws were breath taking. Thanks again to you and Evelyn Regards Lyn R.

James – I just wanted to say that we loved the apartment and thank you for recommending it to us. Although it would have been a little on the small side for four, had we been staying longer, the view from the terrace more than made up for that!! I truly didn’t expect it to be THAT good!! Also, the location of the apartment was perfect (just 100 metres from the Trevi Fountain!) and we managed to walk everywhere with our two teenagers, from the Terminus on one side, to the Colusseum and the Vatican on the other sides! If you want to use this recommendation on your website, we would be more than happy for you to do so and I would certainly recommend your service to friends and family. Thanks for a great holiday!

This apartment is the perfect location. You can just walk everywhere. The service right from James Burrows to arriving was excellent and made easy for us. Definitely go with the airport transfer to get you straight at the apartment. Very clean, and has an amazing balcony with the best views of Rome. We are in the airline industry and will be highly recommending!!

For a one bedroomed flat, which can easily sleep two extra kids in sofa bed, this a superb property. The flat itself is neat and compact but with enough space given that you are likely to be out all day sightseeing. What really makes this property is the roof terrace which is huge, almost doubles the space available, with great views. Location is superb, 100 yards from Trevi Fountain in quiet street. Owners are very helpful. Photo's do not do the flat justice. Highly recommended and well worth the price.

3 Coins was excellent . Great location, without being right on top of tourist crowds. The apt's terrace is amazing. we had good weather for November, and had breakfast outside every morning. discovered 3 different grocery stores close by. the apartment was also very nice. not huge, but definitely fine for a couple and maybe a kid or couch surfer. simply but tastefully decorated. heated tile floors. our liaison was prompt and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just wanted to say that the '3 Coins Terrace' was a lovely apartment and we very much enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying there again on future visits to Rome. Please pass our thanks to the owner and compliments on the facilities provided and how clean everything was.

3 Coins is a first class holiday apartment. Fully equipped, spotless, right at the heart of everything yet quiet (being on 5th floor) but best of all is its huge terrace looking out over the whole of the city across to St Peters. Highly recommended. Stayed there for 4 nights, June 2008.

The apartment was immaculate and included everything we needed. We especially appreciated the tour books that were on the book shelves. The view from the huge terrace was spectacular. The coordination with the car service and the apartment owner was unexpected but most welcomed. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this apartment and Holiday-Velvet. Our apartment in Paris was also 5 star.

Dear James, we had the most wonderful time in Rome. The apartment was truely spectacular. It made the holiday for us, the views over Rome were fantastic and I watched the sun going down over St Peter's each evening. The inside of the apartment was great also, it was very clean and I liked the personal touches such as the 50 best walks in Rome which we used and the maps etc. There were a couple of small things which I am mentioning only because I if I were the owner I would like the feedback. The connection to hold up the shower was broken so it had to be held by hand which was a bit akward, secondly the toilet seat was broken and also the flushing of the toilet did not work on and off throughout our stay and lastly I would have expected more than one towel per person for four nights. These are very small things and did not affect our enjoyment of the property at all. Regards, Eimear Clarke
