- The apartment was very nice and well furnished, clean and very comfortable. We were met on time by a helpful representative and shown around the accommodation. The apartment was in a very convenient and quiet location for the Carnevale and St.Mark's Square . Overall, we had a great time and we were very happy with all aspects of our holiday, including the easy last minute booking process with Holiday Velvet!

- Dear James - I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed the apartment in Venezia. It was everything as promoted and really - even nicer. Our contact Irene was very nice and understanding about everything - the day we arrived I had had a bit of trouble on the train on our way there - actually I was robbed and lost all my cash - quite a drag really.... I really appreciate all your help here so far, and as I said (the robbery not included) the whole trip to Venezia was just wonderful, and the freedom of having our own apartment was quite lovely. You might also mention that this location is really close to bakeries and food shops (which are actually not all that common in Venezia - you are more like to be able to find a shop selling masks or glass beads than one selling bread and toilet paper (!). So the location is really quite great.

- The location was good and the property was lovely too. It was a comfortable apartment that was very clean and well taken care of. There was a washing machine (a bonus), but no dryer (not so good).

- Very clean, well located and spacious. The only down side was that one of the twin beds was a camp bed but it proved fine for our short stay. Irene who met us in Venice was lovely and I was impressed with Holiday Velvet and would certainly use them again. Thank you.
