- On arrival,we and others were left waiting to collect keys as it was luch time. You documents asked us to be couteous to your agent. we had sent a message informing them of our train times, but were not given the courtesy of being told we would need to stand in the street over lunch time.You request a cash payment and again your document stated what we needed to pay. My husband found it difficult to withdraw the amount needed then discovered more charges when we came to pay.Our flat had been "cleaned " a very strong smell of bleach required us to air the place but even so corn and tomato scraps were found on the sofa. The mugs were all sticky and we ended up washing out cupboardsand the crockery to get them clean. The saucepans provided were in a very degraded condition and not safe to use as the "non Stick" was so damaged.Despite reading everything we could find we were not able to get the radiators to work and so had no heating.The top two flights of stairs to the front door are carpeted with a red outdoor type carpet which is not anchored in any way and is a very dangerous situation as we regularly caught our heels as the carpet slipped about.This is a noisy flat but in a great location, it is a pity that it is not better presented.

- Great apartment for the price, kitchen was well equipped and the airconditioning was put to good use andthe main bedroom with ensuite was large. The location is ideal, close to all transport and great views of the Grand Canal. The supermarket, post office and a few banks a few steps from our door.With five adults sharing the upstairs area was a little small. We enjoyed our stay.

- The apartment was better than we expected for our family of 4 but does require the children to share a sofa bed. Not ideal for everybody. Despite being adjacent to Piazale Roma, the motor vehicle traffic is not visible or audible. The property was clean, had 2 bathrooms and was well maintained. We would happily stay here again.
