- Excellent location within walking distance of key tourist sites, very clean and comfortable. Maurizio is a courteous and helpful host. Will definately stay there again.

- The apartment is in an excellent location just 5 minutes on foot from piazza de Spagna. Clean, with 3 bedrooms [2big and one small]...the owner very friendly...in general very suitable place to explore the centre of Rome...

- Apartment was great and very central to everything. Small problem with limited power and circuit breaker outage. also no lift third floor. Single beds pushed together for a double.

- Casa Arancio, located in Central Rome, was stellar accommodations --- airy, spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen, washing machine, and immaculate furnishings. Casa Arancio is a few doors from a music conservancy so the melodic sounds of orchestra and arias drifted into the air. The music was the perfect touch to this great apartment. Last but not least, we were greeted by Maurizio who was professional, timely and courteous. We knew were were in the best of hands, and assured that our return transportation would be arranged with a professional driver and large enough vehicle to handle luggage for five. Holiday Velvet -- James and Maurizio were the consummate travel professionals! We will absolutely book again with Holiday Velvet next year!

- The location of Casa Arancio could not have been better. We were within two minutes from the Spanish Steps, really minutes from some of the most beautiful areas in Rome. The owner of Casa Arancio met us on time and was very informative in regards to the apartment and has a very beautiful place. We needed internet access and he was very helpful and returned to the apartment to help set it up for us. The apartment was spacious and clean and just we needed. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again nor recommend it to friends and family. The only one downfall (we knew about this before we arrived) was the fact that there is no elevator and the apartment is located on the third floor. It was quite a hike to take baggage for seven people up and down especially with the extreme heat they were experiencing in Rome at the time. Thankfully the apartment had air conditioning and that saved us. Great apartment, great location, Great time. Can't wait to go back.

- Location was great, very close to main shopping street and supermarket and not noisy at all. As my 1 year old was still crawling, I thought the floors could have been cleaner but otherwise the place was clean. The owner did not let my sister in when they arrived and I thought that did not have to happen. Velvet holiday staff was excellent. Barbora

- The location of this property is superb. It is within close proximity to the Metro, as well as most of the main attractions within Rome itself are walking distance. The property was clean and the facilities were all that is required. The owners are charming and helpful to the extreme. Lovely people! The only one downside was the 66 steps from the entrance to the apartment! With four large bags coupled with four carry-on bags, the 66 steps were not the desired requirement for the four of us at that point. Having said the one downside, Julie and I would recommend the apartment and we would use it again.

- We enjoyed Rome very much, the weather was fantastic. The collection and return to the airport was first class and the position of the apartment was superb. The 3 flights of stairs have reduced my waist by a inch I'm sure. All in all very well organised, superb chauffer service to and from the airport, very pleasant greeting from the owner, great position and nice clean apartment. Thanks for your help and support, will certainly use Holiday-Velvet in the future.

- Very clean and comfortable.Large bedroom with large en suite one small bedroom with large seperate bathroom. Only four in party so very spacious.Stairs no problem.Very quiet location very handy to Spanish Steps.Would stay again

- Four of us stayed at the flat in via greci. It was spacious, light and very very clean. It was very nicely furnished, with 2 double rooms (with comfortable beds) and 2 bathrooms. The owners who were on hand if we needed anything, were very gracious and kind. We had a very pleasnt stay in Rome and this was due in a large part to the quality of the accomodation which was very good. JH
