- Penthouse Bosca was a real treat. Lovely views of Positano and the sea. We enjoyed our hugh terrace (perfect for an espresso and grappa in the morning). Short walk to shops, buses, and markets made it perfect. We really enjoyed all the cats that came to visit the terrace.

- The Amlalfi Coast is breathtakingly beautiful and our stay at Penthouse Bosca was great - it is clean, has everything you need, the sun terrace is massive and a major bonus and it is incredibly private. There are lots of steps (217) to the apartment and yes this is hot and tiring but the stunning views are worth the climb and a real bonus is being able to eat more pasta and pizza and burn off the calories on the way home. However there are some drawbacks to Amalfi and Positano. Everything is expensive especially with the current exchange rate and in Italy it seems standard that everything is an extra charge. Parking is a short walk from the bottom of the steps and cost us 18 Euros a day - that is before you add in the charge of renting the car, the fuel and charges for parking when you get somewhere (which are also relatively high - 2 Euros an hour was the cheapest). The driving is also crazy - we managed to smash our wing mirror but felt quite lucky that this was the only damage to the vehicle and us more amazingly! Eating out is also pricey but the food is generally of a very high quality. Also beware that if you are staying in Positano and want to go to the beach this is approximately another 500 steps and if you want to hire an umbrella and/or sunbed this will set up back a fair amount too! Having said all that my husband and I had a fabulous time and would certainly return to the Amalfi, Positano and Penthouse Bosca, it's just that we need to save up for a while before we do. Enjoy!

- Wonderful. Loved the views, the huge balcony, the well-mannered cat who pretended to be ours for the week. A great value, and so much space. Why stay in a hotel?

- our stay at the Penthouse was perfect. Soooo perfect we are booking it again next summer. due to all the stairs (220) we left in much better shape than when we arrived !

- Everything was great. The view from the balcony is one I will never forget. The overall condition of the apartment was clean and very up to date making our stay just that more relaxing. A trip we will never forget.

- Wow, what a magnificent apartment. Every morning, looking out at that view, was absolutely amazing. Awe struck! We loved the little kitties that came to visit. Especially the black friendly one. We named her chicka. Please look after her if you visit! We will definitley rent this apartment again if we return to Positano. The highlight of our trip!
