- My family and i had a great time in Positani, it is absolutely beautiful and the people there are very friendly. The villa was lovely although i do recommend not to do what i did and stay there with a 10 month old baby. Positano is a cliff with a lot of steps, and there were 180 steps up to the villa which made carrying baby and buggy very difficult in 30 degree temperatures. I have no complaints about the villa apart from the fact it is hard to manage the steps. It nearly wants to make you not leave the villa, which by the way has the best view in Positano!!! Great place, great stay, horrible horrible steps.
