- The location of this property is superb and the rapid response to queries in the lead time to our stay was very professional and friendly. The property itself was charming, very simple and basic and certainly very clean. All the usual amenicties were in good working condition. We loved our stay in Venice and can't wait for our return trip and certainly the property felt very much like home after 5 nights!

- Very cozy for doing your own thing around Venice. Master bdrm on top floor was nice, but a bit challenging for anyone over 1.5m tall. No TV or Internet, but beds were soft the shower had hot water. Extending our check out time to 1500 (2230 flight) was approved with the owner, who later mis-understood our request and we could only leave our bags in the hallway.
