- The apartment is in a great location, just far enough, but not too far from Rialto Bridge and all the hustle & crowds. Restaurants, fruit & veg, supermarket & boutique shops are all close by. Bedrooms & bathroom all good, kitchen small but functional. The stairs aren't for the feint of heart, but if that's not an issue, then they are part of the charm of this top floor apartment. We (2 adults, 2 children - they LOVED the bonus loft bedroom) would stay there again. (The local Venice agent ignored our request that the dishwasher be repaired for us, but agents change and/or dishwashers eventually get repaired I guess)

- Fantastic apartment, very clean and well equiped. Would definitly recomend the apartment although it would suit younger people as it is on the 4th floor and has no lift. Very nice deco and ambience about it.

- The apartment location is excellent but a bit of a hassle having to pay at a different location and then find the address - via water bus and walking - but an adventure just the same. The bedsheets in the top bedroom had not been changed from the previous clients. However the apartment was clean otherwise. Venice prices are double that of anywhere else in Italy. The apartment is very welcoming, great atmosphere, all facilities as expected, lots of stairs. Excellent position with our own square- we felt like locals! We absolutely loved our stay.
