Situated in the countryside in a quiet development, this standalone two bedroom Thailand accommodation with a private pool is located near the famous craftsmen villages of Bosang and Sankamphaeng in the Chiang Mai area. The expansive villa covers 175 sq. metres and provides up to 4 guests maximum comfort and space.

This pleasant holiday rental in Chiang Mai is set amongst blossoming trees, shrubs and palms and overlooks a large pond. The sun-filled and spacious living area is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table with chairs and has high ceilings. The bright blue-tiled and fully-equipped kitchen is complete with a fridge, a coffeemaker, a kettle, a microwave, a cooking hob and a toaster.

There are 2 en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bathrooms have a tub and shower.

To the rear of the property, there is a fantastic covered terrace that overlooks the plush and flourishing garden and private saltwater swimming pool. There are lounge chairs and a table with additional seating.

The villa also includes air conditioning, satellite TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a Wi-Fi Internet connection and parking.
