(25 to 30m²) Living area with 2 single sofa-beds including 1 with a pull-out bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed separated from the living area by a movable partition. Small kitchen equipped with a minimum of 2 hot plates, refrigerator, mini-oven, dishwasher (in some apartments). Television (additional charge) in all the apartments. Bathroom (with bath) and toilet.
Chamonix Building Description
This Chamonix apartment rental residence is located 100 metres from cable car Aiguille du Midi and 300 metres from the resort centre! This Chamonix accommodation is made up of 12 Savoie-style buildings. It is situated in a square, close to shops and the pedestrian walkway.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning to your arrival date, 10% of the total is retained

within 14 day and 8 days prior to the holiday: If the request to change is made between 14 and 8 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total is retained.
within 7 days or less to the holiday: If the request to change is made between 7 days or less to your arrival, 100% of the total is retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
