This dynamic and world-famous resort residence in Chamonix, “La Ginabelle,” is located in the heart of the savoyard resort in the French Alps. This ski-in/ski-out premium residence boasts 70 inviting and newly upgraded 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments for up to 8 guests and also features a well-being centre (including an indoor heated swimming pool and fitness room), an18-hole golf course and spa-treatment services are available. Step inside to the grand and well-appointed, rustic-looking (but elegant) lounge complete with a fireplace, wooden columns and ceilings and plush seating. The apartments which are warmly decorated with wood furnishings and details at this accommodation in France are fully-equipped for maximum comfort and include a balcony or terrace, a living area, a bathroom with a tub or shower and the kitchen is complete with a coffee machine, a cooking hob, an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher and a fridge. Please note: Sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years old. Guest also benefit from Wi-Fi Internet access, storage, a direct telephone line, a TV with national and international channels and a hair dryer. Apartments are available for persons with reduced mobility. Other services in the residence include ski lockers and bakery and meal delivery.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning to your arrival date, 10% of the total is retained
within 30 days prior to the holiday: If the request to change is made between 30 and 15 days prior to your arrival, 25% of the total is retained.
within 14 day and 8 days prior to the holiday: If the request to change is made between 14 and 8 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total is retained.
within 7 days or less to the holiday: If the request to change is made between 7 days or less to your arrival, 100% of the total is retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
