Vacation Rental Description

An 18m2 studio apartment located near the centre of St Gervais and its amenities. This accommodation is within walking distance of the main ski lifts, linking you straight into the St Gervais/Megève ski area. And, when the home run is open it's also a ski to the door apartment.

The apartment sleeps 2 in the lounge on a double sofa bed and 3 further people on bunk beds in the hallway. A baby cot is available on request.

There is a bathroom with shower attachment and separate WC. The corner kitchen is equipped with fridge, 2 plate electric hob, kettle, microwave with grill and toaster.

There is a TV/ DVD player as well as a ski locker and balcony. It is situated on the 3rd floor in a quiet area with no road noise and faces South.

Please note, as the building has no lift, it may not be suitable for the disabled, elderly or those with very young children.

St Gervais sits at the heart of the Evasion ski domain, providing a massive 450 km of pistes! Everywhere you look you'll be rewarded with stunning views of Europe's highest and most dramatic peaks, including the Mont Blanc itself. St Gervais' ski area is linked with the neighbouring resort of Megève. And just two minutes up the road from St Gervais is the village and ski resort of Les Contamines, also covered on the Evasion ski domain pass.

The EVASION Ski domain includes St Gervais, Megève, Cote 2000, La Giettaz, Jaillet, Combloux and Les Contamines.

Road & mountain biking: Superb area for road or mountain biking.

Walking & climbing. St Gervais and the Mont Blanc region are at the very heart of the European mountaineering scene. Surrounded by many of the most famous peaks, there are spectacular views and walks in every direction.

Adventure and swimming: Nearby there are a number of via ferratta routes, local adventure parks, outdoor pools, Fishing, golf, horse riding, white water rafting, canyoning, paragliding, sailing, windsurfing, lakes and towns like Annecy and Chamonix to visit.
