 Location was great, in the middle of Chamonix. Apartment was a bit messy, dishes were dirty and we had to fill the dishwasher first thing when arrived. There was only two dishwashing detergent tablets left. It was very cold first, there was only floor heating which was not on all the time for some reason and it was not very efficient in sleeping rooms. Service was good. We got the apartment as soon as we arrived in Chamonix even though we were there earlier than planned. Unfortunately parking was not allowed in front of the house but at least there was free garage quite close. (15-02-2012) |

Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 70-43 days: if a client cancels within 70-43 days prior to your arrival date, he/she will be liable for 50% of the total booking amount
Within 42-29 days: if a client cancels within 42-29 days prior to your arrival date, he/she will be liable for 60% of the total booking amount
Within 28 days: if a client cancels within 28 days prior to your arrival date, he/she will be liable for 100% of the total booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice. Additional services e.g lift passes, ski lessons, transfers etc. that are booked cannot be cancelled or modified less than 48 hours before the date the service is to be delivered/commence.
