This second-floor apartment in Chamonix with elevator is superbly placed right in the heart of Chamonix. The accommodation can sleep up to 6 people and features fantastic all-round views. The Chamonix accommodation has three bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a private balcony overlooking the river, plus and en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with a bathtub and an additional WC. The large living area of this apartment has a balcony overlooking the river L'Arve and the Mont Blanc massif. It is equipped with satellite TV with DVD player, two cozy sofas and a coffee table. The open-plan kitchen of this Chamonix accommodation comes with all modern amenities, including microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The large wooden dining table comfortably seats six guests.

Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 70-43 days: if a client cancels within 70-43 days prior to your arrival date, he/she will be liable for 50% of the total booking amount
Within 42-29 days: if a client cancels within 42-29 days prior to your arrival date, he/she will be liable for 60% of the total booking amount
Within 28 days: if a client cancels within 28 days prior to your arrival date, he/she will be liable for 100% of the total booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice. Additional services e.g lift passes, ski lessons, transfers etc. that are booked cannot be cancelled or modified less than 48 hours before the date the service is to be delivered/commence.
