This Chamonix apartment is located in a sunny, relaxed area of Les Houches village, 6km from Chamonix. Situated on the ground floor of a small cluster of apartments it has a private, sunny garden, perfect for BBQs, with stunning mountain views.

The holiday apartment is close to all local amenities and a short drive or walk to the mountain lifts, open in both summer and winter. There is also a tennis court on site. Sleeping is in a separate double bedroom, with a sofa-bed in the lounge.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen off the lounge, dining area and newly renovated bathroom with full-sized bath and shower over. The garden can be accessed via patio doors from the lounge and bedroom.

The Chamonix Valley attracts visitors from all over the world, drawn to Mt Blanc and the beauty of the surrounding mountains. It is perfect for both winter and summer mountain pursuits such as skiing, climbing, hiking and mountain-biking but also had a sports centre, ice rink, bowling and stunning 18 hole golf course.

Les Houches village has it's own charm and is a little less hectic than Chamonix during peak season. It has it's own mountain lift system, a full-range of local shops, supermarkets and transport links to the rest of the valley.
