Situated at the top of Camps Bay and with spectacular views of the Atlantic Seaboard and Lion’s Head, this Cape Town five bedroom villa with a pool is one-half of an entire villa and can accommodate up to 10 guests (can be combined with the other side). This well-appointed Camps Bay holiday villa is tastefully decorated and has a soothing interior of white, gray, taupe and silver creating an elegant beach-style ambience. On the upper level, there is a shared entrance hall (with the other side of the villa), the private entrance, an open-plan, fully-fitted kitchen, living and dining area and a balcony with 180 degree views sweeping from Lions Head on the right, across the Atlantic Ocean, right through to the Twelve Apostles on the left. On the middle level, there is 1 queen, en-suite bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (they share a bathroom). All bedrooms have access onto the balcony and all but the twin room has sea views. On the lower level, there are 2, 1-bedroom en-suite studios with a kitchenette and a lounge area with access to the lower-level balcony with the large pool. Additional amenities are limited Wi-Fi, 24-hour monitored alarm system and electric fencing, Monday-Sunday daily maid service, parking, linens and towels, selected DSTV bouquet. Optional services (extra fee) are laundry services, babysitting, catering, transfers and grocery shopping. Please note that the 4 bed side also has access onto the lower balcony and pool area; however, should both sides be occupied at the same time, the lower level balcony and pool is for exclusive use of the guests on the 5 bed side.

This Camps Bay holiday villa is also located within a short distance to other major attractions such Clifton's popular 4 beaches which are a mere 5 minutes away. The V&A Waterfront (or Cape Town’s historic harbour development) and the Soccer Stadium at Green Point are within easy access but yet far enough to escape the crowds and enjoy the laid-back, relaxed lifestyle that Cape Town offers. The world renowned Cape wine routes with world-class wines and impressive Cape Dutch Architecture are a comfortable 30 minutes’ drive from the Villa. There are ferries to Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned. For the sports-minded, there is a surf beach nearby as well as a tennis court and walking tracks up to Table Mountain. More than 90 days: For bookings cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date a 20% cancellation fee is charged
Within 90 and 60 days: For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 35% of the Rental is charged
Within 60 and 30 days: For bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 70% of the Rental is charged
Within 30 days: For bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date a cancellation fee of 100% of the Rental is charged
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property you booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.If before or during the Occupation Period, the Manager should cancel this Agreement orthe Tenant should cancel the reservation Agreement as a result of a breach of any suchAgreements by the Owner the Manager shall reimburse the a pro rata portion of the Rentalthat the Tenant did not occupy the Premises.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, the Tenant hereby agrees andauthorises the Manager to, should the Premises, for any reason whatsoever, not be suitablefor occupation by the Tenant, resulting in the cancellation of this Agreement, arrange suchalternative accommodation (on the same or similar terms and conditions contained in thisAgreement) for the duration or remainder of the Occupation Period.
BREACH
If any party commits any breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“thedefaulting party”) then the remaining party (“the aggrieved party”) shall be entitled togive the defaulting party 24 hours notice to remedy such breach, and if the defaulting partyfails to comply with such notice then the aggrieved party shall be entitled, but not obliged,without prejudice to any other rights which the aggrieved party may have in law, includingthe right to claim damages, to cancel the Agreement; or claim immediate performanceand/or payment of all the defaulting party’s obligations in terms hereof.Should the aggrieved party institute action against the defaulting party pursuant to abreach by the defaulting party of this Agreement, then without prejudice to any of therights which the Owner may have, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to recover from thedefaulting party all costs incurred by it including legal costs (on the scale as betweenattorney and own client), tracing fees and such collection commission as the aggrievedparty is obliged to pay to its attorneys.
