This unique and self-contained villa is an ideal holiday home for a family or a group of up to 10 guests and covers a spacious 650 sq. metres with the added benefits of a gym, an elevator, a sauna, butler and maid services and concierge services on request. This independent and exceptional holiday accommodation in Camps Bay boasts an ocean view from every room and is decorated with the owners’ personal collection of contemporary South Africa paintings and artworks. The stylishly open-plan living area, with rich, earthy colours, features large comfortable sofas, arm chairs and a gas fireplace. The solid timber dining table can seat 6-8 guests. A guest toilet is adjacent to the dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen and scullery is well-fitted with high-quality appliances and is a great option for cooking meals at home and entertaining. The scullery features a washing machine, a dryer and ironing equipment. There are 5 elegant bedrooms complete with the finest quality linen, feather-down duvets and pillows. The prestigious master bedroom has a king-size bed, armchairs, a gas fireplace, TV, CD/DVD player, a personal safe, a walk-in dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a tub and under-floor heating. It also benefits from a balcony with sea views and daybeds. There are 4 additional superior bedrooms – 3 have a queen-size bed and 1 has a king-size bed. The 2 top-level bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the 2 bedrooms near the pool have a bath with a separate shower, under-floor heating and direct access to either the wraparound terrace or courtyard. The gym and fitness room is equipped with weight-lifting equipment, a bicycle, a cross trainer, and punching bag and gloves and an overhead TV, CD player and integrated sound system. The outside garden area features a 7m x 3.5m saltwater heated swimming pool, a sauna with sea views, an outside shower and toilet, a wraparound wood terrace and barbecue, an 8-seater table, 4 sun beds, occasional tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. The villa offers butler and maid services as well as concierge services on request. Also the Guest Manager is available for organizing optional services such as airport transfers, tours, grocery shopping, babysitting services, etc.

More than 90 days: For bookings cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date a 20% cancellation fee is charged
Within 90 and 60 days: For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 35% of the Rental is charged
Within 60 and 30 days: For bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 70% of the Rental is charged
Within 30 days: For bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date a cancellation fee of 100% of the Rental is charged
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property you booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.If before or during the Occupation Period, the Manager should cancel this Agreement orthe Tenant should cancel the reservation Agreement as a result of a breach of any suchAgreements by the Owner the Manager shall reimburse the a pro rata portion of the Rentalthat the Tenant did not occupy the Premises.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, the Tenant hereby agrees andauthorises the Manager to, should the Premises, for any reason whatsoever, not be suitablefor occupation by the Tenant, resulting in the cancellation of this Agreement, arrange suchalternative accommodation (on the same or similar terms and conditions contained in thisAgreement) for the duration or remainder of the Occupation Period.
BREACH
If any party commits any breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“thedefaulting party”) then the remaining party (“the aggrieved party”) shall be entitled togive the defaulting party 24 hours notice to remedy such breach, and if the defaulting partyfails to comply with such notice then the aggrieved party shall be entitled, but not obliged,without prejudice to any other rights which the aggrieved party may have in law, includingthe right to claim damages, to cancel the Agreement; or claim immediate performanceand/or payment of all the defaulting party’s obligations in terms hereof.Should the aggrieved party institute action against the defaulting party pursuant to abreach by the defaulting party of this Agreement, then without prejudice to any of therights which the Owner may have, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to recover from thedefaulting party all costs incurred by it including legal costs (on the scale as betweenattorney and own client), tracing fees and such collection commission as the aggrievedparty is obliged to pay to its attorneys.
