Large living area with lounge overlooking the view. T.V., M-Net, Video, Satellite T.V. and C.D. player plus billiards table, and Sony Playstation.ADSL (broadband) connection. The lounge opens onto a large breakfast patio with a magnificent view across to False Bay and an outdoor bath.

Elegant dining area with view of the swimming pool. Large open plan kitchen with hob, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer. Upstairs one large bedroom with a king size bed, T.V., C.D. system and fireplace. One smaller bedroom with queen bed for two. Full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and outside shower.

This villa sleeps 4 persons in two bedrooms, with a futon in the lounge for an additional person or child at an additional charge.
