The rental, which has been widely acclaimed for its integrated design, is fantastic for a large group of friends or families, and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms. Every detail in this magnificent and recently renovated self-catering accommodation rental in Camps Bay reflects a desire to capture each stunning aspect of nature with a sun deck that wraps its way around the perimeter to maximise views of Table Mountain, the Twelve Apostles peaks and Camps Bay Beach. Decorated in designer whites, neutrals and impeccable and tasteful details and accessories, the contemporary villa boasts a luminous, harmonious and sophisticated atmosphere. Sliding glass walls disappear letting the traveler experience the stunning natural beauty of the surrounding areas in an open-air environment. On the main floor, the expansive living and dining area is furnished with a large sectional sofa and a dining table for 8 guests. The fully-equipped and sleek kitchen area is also complete with a breakfast bar and 4 stools. There is 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a sharing guest bathroom. On the lower floor, there is a media room/bedroom next to the gym and games area. Here there is a queen-size bed and a detached bathroom with a shower. The media consists of a home theatre system with a flat-screen TV with a projector. There is also a sleeper couch, table tennis and foozeball. On the top floor, there are 4 additional en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a king-size bed with ocean views and bathrooms with a tub. The other 2 bedrooms have mountain views. One has a king-size bed and the other has 2 single beds (which can be converted into a king). These 2 bedrooms also have a bathroom with a tub. Outside the villa, the impressionable space is complete with a Jacuzzi, a 22m L-shaped pool around the perimeter of the deck, an outside shower and a steam room. There are also facilities to barbeque an outdoor lounge and outdoor dining area complete with a table and chairs. This incredible villa also includes an intercom system with a camera, a gym, satellite/DSTV TV, a DVD player, an ADSL Internet connection and a music system with an i-Pod option. The office area can include a fax machine and a printer if they should be required.

More than 90 days: For bookings cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date a 20% cancellation fee is charged
Within 90 and 60 days: For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 35% of the Rental is charged
Within 60 and 30 days: For bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 70% of the Rental is charged
Within 30 days: For bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date a cancellation fee of 100% of the Rental is charged
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property you booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.If before or during the Occupation Period, the Manager should cancel this Agreement orthe Tenant should cancel the reservation Agreement as a result of a breach of any suchAgreements by the Owner the Manager shall reimburse the a pro rata portion of the Rentalthat the Tenant did not occupy the Premises.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, the Tenant hereby agrees andauthorises the Manager to, should the Premises, for any reason whatsoever, not be suitablefor occupation by the Tenant, resulting in the cancellation of this Agreement, arrange suchalternative accommodation (on the same or similar terms and conditions contained in thisAgreement) for the duration or remainder of the Occupation Period.BREACH
If any party commits any breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“thedefaulting party”) then the remaining party (“the aggrieved party”) shall be entitled togive the defaulting party 24 hours notice to remedy such breach, and if the defaulting partyfails to comply with such notice then the aggrieved party shall be entitled, but not obliged,without prejudice to any other rights which the aggrieved party may have in law, includingthe right to claim damages, to cancel the Agreement; or claim immediate performanceand/or payment of all the defaulting party’s obligations in terms hereof.Should the aggrieved party institute action against the defaulting party pursuant to abreach by the defaulting party of this Agreement, then without prejudice to any of therights which the Owner may have, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to recover from thedefaulting party all costs incurred by it including legal costs (on the scale as betweenattorney and own client), tracing fees and such collection commission as the aggrievedparty is obliged to pay to its attorneys. - Why book with us?
