With expansive 360 degree views of the Twelve Apostles mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean, this large Cape Town villa with a roof deck is located in Camps Bay and is walking distance to the bars and restaurants on the promenade. The villa is a combination of 3 fully-equipped and self-contained apartments with a total of 8 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. This attractive and well-appointed short-term rental accommodation in Camps Bay is tastefully decorated and has modern fittings and contemporary furnishings throughout. The first apartment has 4 en-suite bedrooms and is comprised of 2 levels. The amazing roof deck has uninterrupted views of the mountain and ocean and also includes a Jacuzzi and sun loungers. The deck leads directly into the top level of the apartment where there is 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, spacious cupboards and an en-suite bathroom. There is a quaint lounge and kitchen area and the private stairwell leads down to the other 3 bedrooms. Two have a king-size bed and 1 has 2 twin beds. The spacious living area is fitted with a plasma screen TV, complete with full DSTV. The third apartment, which has been recently renovated in neutral shades and earth tones, is a cosy 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen is stylish with modern fittings and leads onto an enclosed balcony. The apartment features a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The villa is serviced daily and optional services (extra fee) are self-service laundry and Internet. The villa is non-smoking.

More than 90 days: For bookings cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date a 20% cancellation fee is charged
Within 90 and 60 days: For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 35% of the Rental is charged
Within 60 and 30 days: For bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 70% of the Rental is charged
Within 30 days: For bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date a cancellation fee of 100% of the Rental is charged
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property you booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.If before or during the Occupation Period, the Manager should cancel this Agreement orthe Tenant should cancel the reservation Agreement as a result of a breach of any suchAgreements by the Owner the Manager shall reimburse the a pro rata portion of the Rentalthat the Tenant did not occupy the Premises.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, the Tenant hereby agrees andauthorises the Manager to, should the Premises, for any reason whatsoever, not be suitablefor occupation by the Tenant, resulting in the cancellation of this Agreement, arrange suchalternative accommodation (on the same or similar terms and conditions contained in thisAgreement) for the duration or remainder of the Occupation Period.
BREACH
If any party commits any breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“thedefaulting party”) then the remaining party (“the aggrieved party”) shall be entitled togive the defaulting party 24 hours notice to remedy such breach, and if the defaulting partyfails to comply with such notice then the aggrieved party shall be entitled, but not obliged,without prejudice to any other rights which the aggrieved party may have in law, includingthe right to claim damages, to cancel the Agreement; or claim immediate performanceand/or payment of all the defaulting party’s obligations in terms hereof.Should the aggrieved party institute action against the defaulting party pursuant to abreach by the defaulting party of this Agreement, then without prejudice to any of therights which the Owner may have, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to recover from thedefaulting party all costs incurred by it including legal costs (on the scale as betweenattorney and own client), tracing fees and such collection commission as the aggrievedparty is obliged to pay to its attorneys.
