The 103 square metre outdoor entertainment area with a gas barbeque, offers you the opportunity to have lunch under cover or in the open-air dinning area. The kitchen, lounge and dinning room are open plan and are fitted with all modern appliances and is decorated in a minimalist, contemporary style with furnishings of the highest standard. All bedrooms are en-suite, air-conditioned and have CD players and the main bedroom has a TV and DVD player. There is also complimentary use of an ADSL line and WIFI connection. The double garage gives you direct access into the Penthouse and direct access to the main door and alarm system is via electronic discs.

This villa in Cape Town is located in Bakoven. It has two sections above and below Victoria Road. Above Victoria Road, Bakoven is basically the same as Camps Bay with a very similar atmosphere in fact the two blend into each other. The views from here are magnificent. Below Victoria Road, Bakoven retains its original small village feel, comprising charming seaside cottages and bungalows. Bakoven has its own lovely, intimate private beach.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, Holiday Velvet Ltd reserves the right to retain the full amount of the deposit.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made which is the full reservation amount. Holiday Velvet Ltd reserves the right to retain the full amount of the rental cost.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
It is a condition of this agreement that every person included in the booking must have travel insurance in force for the entire duration of the Tenant's occupation of the Premises.
