This superior modern luxury Accommodation in Cape Town, is a paradise spread over 4 floors. Finished to the very highest standards offering Ocean and mountain views and complete wind protection. Fantastic large master bedroom is gloriously en suite including a steam shower and private terrace. 3 further bedrooms and a separate apartment, Pool table, Bar, Gym, Cinema, Jacuzzi, Swimming pool, Roof terrace designer kitchen, steep driveway, wireless internet, serviced an all working days.

Set right up against the rocks beneath Lion’s Head, this modern, luxurious villa is one of the most elevated on the coastline, rising up over four floors with the lower two floors dedicated to entertaining and relaxing, and culminating in a top floor with a private gym, office and a lofty wooden roof terrace with stunning ocean and mountain views.

The first level of the house is literally a few steps up from the front door. Designed purely as a pleasure zone it has a pool table and fully equipped bar area with surround sound and a plasma screen with satellite. This extends out onto the deck with a Jacuzzi and solar-heated pool literally built around the mountain rock. By night, the pool takes on a magical quality as the lighting is programmed to change the colour of the water.

Entertaining friends is easy in this well-laid out villa. The second floor is lined with sliding glass doors so that the view can be appreciated wherever you sit. A large living room with a gas fireplace welcomes you at the top of the curved staircase and this leads into a professionally fitted home cinema with ample laid back lounging space for movie buffs. The focus of the dining area is a twinkling chandelier with recessed lighting adding a gentle glow. Ambience and atmosphere is created with remote lighting and surround-sound music on remote controls. The 12-seater dining table with its comfortable, upholstered dining chairs leads to the kitchen, which is fully fitted in wood finishes and black granite. The terrace outdoors has a second living area with deep outdoor sofas, and an elegant glass-topped, round dining table with white chairs and it’s shaded from the sun in the heat of the day but enjoys the full glow of sunset.

The third floor has four comfortable bedrooms, each with wooden floors, and two of them are en suite. The main bedroom is a generous size with a well-fitted dressing room and leads out onto its own private balcony. The en suite has a steam shower and a sea-facing bath with a glorious view. One other bedroom has a sea view and the other two look onto the mountain. Satellite is provided in the main bedroom.

Parking for four cars is on the steep driveway and access is via an elevator. Clifton beach is a five minute drive away, and the boutiques of the V&A Waterfront and central Cape Town 10 minutes away. There’s a choice of world-class restaurants in the area, from the more relaxed promenade cafes in Camps Bay to the more sophisticated in Green Point, the Waterfront and the City, all of which are a short drive away.
