This Clifton rental is located on the fifth floor, is cosy and has easy access via the stairwell or the lift. In addition it has immediate access to the beach, which is literally a two-minute walk away.

An intercom is provided for convenience and parking is available. The outside parking above the indoor garage gives a stunning view of the ocean directly below.

The bedroom of this rental in Clifton has built-in cupboards and a king-sized bed. The en-suite bathroom boasts a bath with an in-bath-shower. A guest toilet is also available to ensure privacy if visitors should drop by.

The dining room and adjoining lounge of this Cape Town vacation apartment are fully carpeted and both have ocean views. A TV and radio are provided and can be enjoyed while lazing on the couch. The lounge, leads out onto the balcony, where you will find a braai (barbeque) and relaxing sun loungers. The kitchen also comes fully equipped, including washing facilities for your self catering needs.
