An open-plan living area with a large dining area can be found indoors. The focus of this area is the open fireplace. This Cape Town villa also contains a fully fitted kitchen with a central gas hob and separate utility room.

The villa sleeps six but another two can be added comfortably. A separate family room with a satellite television and a DVD player is beyond the kitchen. This including a mini business centre complete with laptop, phone and Wi-Fi. Beyond are two en-suite bedrooms – one with a view of the pool and the other of the garden. The master en-suite bedroom contains a king-size bed and generous dressing area. The en-suite bathroom leads onto an outdoor terrace. There is an additional loft room upstairs with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed.

The covered veranda with barbeque area is ideal for outdoor meals. The area is equipped with two tables, four loungers and outdoor shower.

The garage is specifically designed and equipped to provide easy access for physically disabled guests. A Mercedes A170 is available at a nominal fee.

The beaches and beautiful coastal areas are only 15 minutes drive away, while the centre of Cape Town is 20 minutes by car. There are three golf courses, horse riding centres and seven wineries on the Constantia wine route. A selection of restaurants are only a short walk away.
