Villa 617

This five-bed roomed Cape Town villa is set on three levels, with the living room, dining area and open-plan kitchen on the upper level. Magnificent views of the sea and Lion’s Head can be seen from all levels. The furnishings throughout the house are contemporary.

The middle level contains three bedrooms, one en-suite and the other two sharing a bathroom. Two have sea views, while the third has a private terrace. On the lower level there are two additional bedrooms. One smaller and the other a larger en-suite room, with double glass doors giving a view to the pool, deck and garden below. This lower pool area can either be shared with the adjacent villa or be for the exclusive use of Villa 617.
