This modern luxury Cape Town villa is situated in a quiet cull de sac just 250 meters from Camps Bays beach, bars and restaurants. The master bedroom of this Camps Bay villa is spectacular and takes up the entire top storey of the house. The room has air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, satellite TV and a private terrace offering fantastic vistas. Two further en-suite bedrooms are found on the ground floor; both are of good size and have satellite TV, built in cupboards and garden views. A further bedroom is found on the same level, this bedroom is large but not en-suite. It has a TV and could accommodate 4 children in single beds. The middle level of this Cape Town villa is dedicated to entertainment. A large open plan lounge is fully air-conditioned, offers ocean views, contains a gas fireplace and has a dining table. This middle floor flows in one direction to the swimming pool, outdoor terrace and BBQ area. In the other direction is the designer kitchen, featuring a gas stove and all the latest appliances. A breakfast bar sections the kitchen from the air conditioned TV lounge with satellite TV and music system. The garage area is large enough for two cars, a further two cars can park in the driveway.
