Located in Neptune Isle situated in Lagoon Beach almost at the water’s edge, this self-catering Cape Town two bedroom holiday accommodation has ocean views and is just 5km from the city centre. Whether for business or leisure travel, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests who are looking for a seaside holiday apartment with close proximity and easy access to the centre. This fully-equipped Milnerton holiday rental has a tasteful décor of rich dark wood accent pieces, comfortable and functional furniture, tile floors, and modern amenities. The open-plan of the living, dining and kitchen area creates an easy flow and easy living. The living area is complete with a super large corner sofa and a plasma screen TV with satellite. There is a small table with 2 chairs in front of the sliding glass doors to take in the amazing ocean views. The kitchen is well-fitted for preparing meals and dining in at home and includes a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is 1 bathroom with a shower. Please note that guests must be older than 16.

Although a bit quieter than other tourist spots, the area offers a vast range of entertainment – Lagoon Beach Hotel, located right next door to Neptune Isle, has a lovely cocktail bar right on the beach, while Zorba's, a Greek Restaurant and Bar, is practically across the road. This Milnerton holiday rental is close to the Milnerton Golf Course which is 5 km away and for shopping there is the Paddocks Shopping Centre. My City Bus, the rapid transport system, is accessible right in front of the building for easy access to both Blouberg and Cape Town. More than 90 days: For bookings cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date a 20% cancellation fee is charged
Within 90 and 60 days: For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 35% of the Rental is charged
Within 60 and 30 days: For bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 70% of the Rental is charged
Within 30 days: For bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date a cancellation fee of 100% of the Rental is charged
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property you booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.If before or during the Occupation Period, the Manager should cancel this Agreement orthe Tenant should cancel the reservation Agreement as a result of a breach of any suchAgreements by the Owner the Manager shall reimburse the a pro rata portion of the Rentalthat the Tenant did not occupy the Premises.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, the Tenant hereby agrees andauthorises the Manager to, should the Premises, for any reason whatsoever, not be suitablefor occupation by the Tenant, resulting in the cancellation of this Agreement, arrange suchalternative accommodation (on the same or similar terms and conditions contained in thisAgreement) for the duration or remainder of the Occupation Period.
BREACH
If any party commits any breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“thedefaulting party”) then the remaining party (“the aggrieved party”) shall be entitled togive the defaulting party 24 hours notice to remedy such breach, and if the defaulting partyfails to comply with such notice then the aggrieved party shall be entitled, but not obliged,without prejudice to any other rights which the aggrieved party may have in law, includingthe right to claim damages, to cancel the Agreement; or claim immediate performanceand/or payment of all the defaulting party’s obligations in terms hereof.Should the aggrieved party institute action against the defaulting party pursuant to abreach by the defaulting party of this Agreement, then without prejudice to any of therights which the Owner may have, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to recover from thedefaulting party all costs incurred by it including legal costs (on the scale as betweenattorney and own client), tracing fees and such collection commission as the aggrievedparty is obliged to pay to its attorneys.
