Situated just 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants in Camps Bay, this gorgeous and peaceful three bedroom Cape Town apartment has superb sea views and is for the discerning traveler who does not want to compromise on comfort or quality.  The truly spectacular apartment is suitable for up to 8 guests and is ideal for a group of friends or couples.

Every aspect of this 3-storey self-catering accommodation in Camps Bay is amazing, from the exquisite flow of the living areas, the immaculate design (by one of South Africa’s leading architects) to the beautiful collection of Asian artworks and artifacts that adorn the walls and displays throughout the property.

One accesses the property via an elevator directly from the entrance or from the garage. The street level of the property is for the garage; the 1st floor houses the bedrooms and the 2ndfloor is the living area.

On the lower floor, each of the 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles) are en-suite and 2 enjoy fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles. The other has its own private patio with steps leading up to the pool area.  Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The main bedroom has a double bathroom shared by one big shower.

The upper floor lift opens up into a very open-plan and spacious living, dining and kitchen area with long glass sliding doors that can be opened to create a fantastic indoor/outdoor area.  They can also be opened at the back of the property onto a small fern-fringed shaded courtyard area including an elegant fish pond.

It is comprised of a fully-equipped and modern kitchen, a lounge area with a large sectional sofa and a dining area complete with an antique Indian wooden table for 8 guests.  This grand living space overlooks the incredible outdoor lounge and heated pool deck – all with sea views. A stunning and luxurious formal lounge with incredible views also comes off of this open-plan area.

The outside space includes a swimming pool, a privacy wall and sun loungers.

Guests also benefit from a large flat-screen TV, an AV system with an i-Pod dock, Wi-Fi Internet access, maid service (Monday-Saturday), an alarm system, an elevator and parking).

For the sports-minded, there is a surf beach nearby as well as a tennis court and walking tracks up to Table Mountain.

    Process
    How to book: Just enter your dates, find a Cape Town rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Cape Town. That's it! Your booking is confirmed!
  • Cancellation Policy

    More than 90 days: For bookings cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date a 20% cancellation fee is charged

    Within 90 and 60 days: For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 35% of the Rental is charged

    Within 60 and 30 days: For bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 70% of the Rental is charged

    Within 30 days: For bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date a cancellation fee of 100% of the Rental is charged

    If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

    If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

    Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

    As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

    ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
    Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property you booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.If before or during the Occupation Period, the Manager should cancel this Agreement orthe Tenant should cancel the reservation Agreement as a result of a breach of any suchAgreements by the Owner the Manager shall reimburse the a pro rata portion of the Rentalthat the Tenant did not occupy the Premises.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, the Tenant hereby agrees andauthorises the Manager to, should the Premises, for any reason whatsoever, not be suitablefor occupation by the Tenant, resulting in the cancellation of this Agreement, arrange suchalternative accommodation (on the same or similar terms and conditions contained in thisAgreement) for the duration or remainder of the Occupation Period.

    BREACH
    If any party commits any breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“thedefaulting party”) then the remaining party (“the aggrieved party”) shall be entitled togive the defaulting party 24 hours notice to remedy such breach, and if the defaulting partyfails to comply with such notice then the aggrieved party shall be entitled, but not obliged,without prejudice to any other rights which the aggrieved party may have in law, includingthe right to claim damages, to cancel the Agreement; or claim immediate performanceand/or payment of all the defaulting party’s obligations in terms hereof.Should the aggrieved party institute action against the defaulting party pursuant to abreach by the defaulting party of this Agreement, then without prejudice to any of therights which the Owner may have, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to recover from thedefaulting party all costs incurred by it including legal costs (on the scale as betweenattorney and own client), tracing fees and such collection commission as the aggrievedparty is obliged to pay to its attorneys.
