Vacation Rental Description

This accommodation in Cape Town consists of two different levels providing 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A large hallway leads to 3 bedrooms, the guest bathroom and the TV room/study. The first double bedroom with queen size bed has excellent uninterrupted views of the ocean and lions head. There is also a digital safe that is large enough to take lap top and camera and the en-suite bathroom features shower, two basins, toilet and bidet. You will have access to the balcony via a large sliding door.

The second bedroom of this Cape Town accommodation enjoys great views of the ocean and rocks at Bakoven and includes 2 single beds, a free standing fan and gives you access to the balcony via the large sliding door. Amazing views are also given by the third bedroom with queen size bed, wich also offers a free standing fan and access to the balcony. In the TV lounge/study you will find a 74cm Flat screen TV, a Comfortable couch, arm chair and the access to the double garage.

On the lower level of the holiday accommodation in Cape Town you will find the fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and a fan. The guest bathroom provides a shower, toilet and washbasin. The large open plan living area provides you with a TV, lounge and dining area and is furnished with a fitted bar with own fridge annd seating for 7. Additionally, there is a Jet Master Fire. The fully fitted kitchen with glass hob, new mirror front double oven, dishwasher, two fridge freezers and 2 microwave ovens, seats up 8 or 10 people.

For your relaxation you have a large sunroom with sauna and a paved patio with exceptional ocean and mountain views. You will find a built in barbeque, Weber barbeque, a wooden dining/patio table and 8 chairs. There is also a swimming pool with a removable pool net.
