Vacation Rental Description

This luxurious and extremely spacious vacation condo is situated in the brand new 5 Star Solara Resort just a short walk from Canmore's downtown, and on the doorstep of Banff National Park & Kananaskis Country.

Your vacation condo is luxuriously appointed with natural elements throughout : wood, stone, leather, metal, and natural cork flooring. Your every need is catered for with 9 appliances and quality cookware to satisfy even the most discerning of cooks and dedicated wine coolers for wine lovers.

The spacious open dining and lounge area provides a great area for entertaining with a 42'' TV/DVD, iPod/CD stereo, fireplace, dining set and access to the balcony. The lounge also includes a double sofa bed.

Each bedroom is appointed with a King sized bed, sumptuous mattresses and bedding, together with a warming fireplace, 32'' plasma TV/DVD and iPod stereo/alarm. The
bedrooms can also be configured as twins if required. Both bathrooms are en suite with walk-in aqua therapy showers and artist inspired fossil inlaid concrete counter tops...enjoy a luxury spa-like experience! There is abundant storage and closet space throughout, together with a utility
room providing washer and dryer.

Situated on the third floor, this condo provides extensive views from the interior and balcony to
the South and West providing stunning views of the Three Sisters and
Rundle Mountain ranges.

Also available are five 2 bedroom condos and one 3 bedroom penthouse allowing
groups of up to 26 people to be accommodated in absolute luxury!

About Canadian Rockies Canmore

The surrounding area is known for some of the most amazing hiking, mountain biking, and climbing in the world. The famous Yoho, Kootenay, Banff and Jasper National Parks and Kananaskis Country are all only a short scenic drive away. Five world-class golf courses are all nearby, including the Banff Springs, Stewart Creek, and Silvertip Resort. Many downhill ski resorts are within a 100-kilometre radius, including Lake Louise (a 50-minute drive), Sunshine Village, Nakiska, and Banff Mount Norquay (only a 15-minute drive away). The Canmore Nordic Centre, which hosted the 1988 Olympic Nordic events is only 5 minutes away, and offers 84 miles of groomed Nordic skiing trails in winter and mountain biking in summer. Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Deposit

   A deposit of 25% of rental fee is requested upon reservation. The remainder of the rental amount, and $750.00 damage deposit is required in full 60 days prior to arrival. The full $750.00 will be refunded one week after the completion of your stay, providing that there is no damage or loss. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

   Refunds

   Any reservation cancelled 60 days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of $200.00 of the 25% deposit. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit the entire 25% deposit or $350.00, whichever is greater. If the time period is subsequently rebooked, we will refund the 25% deposit less $150.00.
