The house is on three floors and has been recently renovated both inside and out. All the rooms are very large and the house has a tranquil, relaxed feel to it. The house is fully furnished with tasteful modern furniture, and the kitchen and bathrooms and fully equipped to high specifications. With a large dining area, the house is perfect for dinner parties or simply entertaining guests.

One of the selling points about this large Palermo house is that it boasts a large roof terrace with table, chairs and a "parrilla" or Argentine style barbecue! This outside area is great for a barbecue amongst friends and is totally private.
