The apartment has a central courtyard. This is a two bedrooms apartment. One has a double bed and the other one two single beds. Both with big wardrobes. The Living area is equipped with a dinning table and six chairs, sofa and direct access to the court. The Kitchen is luminous and spacious, with a breakfast table and direct access to the court. There is a complete bathroom whit bathtub and shower. The apartament has big and sunny terrace.

Located in Palermo’s residential area, in one of the most beautiful intersection of Buenos Aires. Two blocks to Cordoba Av. and 6 to Santa Fe Av. (Subway Bulnes Station Line D) Short walk to Universidad de Palermo, Plaza Serrano, Plaza Guadalupe and Alto Palermo Shopping. This part of Palermo is known for his good taste architecture compound of stylish old fashion houses and low buildings. Moreover, there is a Great supermarket in front of it.

   Once the abailability of the apartament is confirmed, a deposit equivalent to 20 % of the intended stay should be done, up to the amount of one month rental.
