No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. It is very spacious with over 800 sq. feet (75 sq. meters). There is one AC in the living room and central heating with individual temperature control. Modern designers furnishings and original artwork provide a charming décor.

It is the most alive part of the city, the place where the resurgence of local designers and manufacturers is really flourishing after the economic depression in 2001, which made imports unaffordable for locals.
