This studio is divided through a furniture, behind of which there`s a double bed. The living room area includes a two seater sofa and a desk with chairs. There`s a breakfast table with two chairs which divides the fully equipped kitchen. Fridge under kitchen table. The studio has a balcony terrace with chairs and a table. Ample bathroom with shower and tub and electric heater for towels.

Domestic service is not included in the price. Gas, light and telephone not included in the price.

Belgrano is a middle-high class neighborhood full of trees on its streets. M. Belgrano`s park is surrounded by Sarmiento and Larreta museums and the beautiful church known as “La Redonda” due to its round shape. Every weekend in this park takes place one of the local fairs. Along Juramento Ave. are the Barrancas de Belgrano, a very extense green space and crossing the train Station is the Chinese neighborhood which includes many restaurants from that origin. Cabildo and Juramento avenues are two of the main avenues in Belgrano which feature many shops and restaurants.



Nuñez is located next to Belgrano, it`s a residential area on one of the capital citie`s boundaries to the north. The area includes many shops along Cabildo avenue and to the opposite direction, across Libertador avenue, many green spaces and the famous River Plate Stadium. Also along this avenue is a vast number of tower buildings, still under development.
