Beautiful apartment located on a 4th floor of a French style building, full of sunlight and ample bedrooms. The living-dining room features a dining table made of italian marble, which can fit 8 guests, sofas and LCD 32" with Home theatre and DVD player. Toilette. Through sliding doors, there`s access to the studio including desk with multifunctional printer. The master bedroom features a King size bed, 29" flat screen TV with DVD player. Secondary bedroom is equipped with 2 twin size beds or baby room with cradle. Full bathroom with shower and tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a separate laundry area and breakfast table for 4 guests. Next to the kitchen there`s a small bedroom with an extra toilette. There`s oak floors in all of the apartment.

The price includes domestic service 2 times a week. The garage is not included in the price. Minimum stay: 3 months.

This is the biggest neighborhood in town, mostly residential which includes large commercial activity and means of transportation extended along Santa Fé avenue. It`s a middle-high class area that hosts the largest woods inside the city known as Bosques de Palermo or Palermo Woods in which epicenter lies a group of different lakes. Many families visit the area during weekends. Also in this area are the Japanese Gardens, Galileo Galilei`s Planetarium and, to the opposite side, the Botanical Gardens and the city’s Zoo. In the past few years, Palermo was divided into other Palermo areas, such as Palermo Hollywood or Palermo Soho.
