This apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and perfect for all your needs. The apartment has one large bedroom, a large living area, a bathroom and a small kitchen. The apartment is perfect for upto four people as a large sofa in the living area can be converted into a confortable and large double bed. The apartment is perfect for entertaining guests with a dining table for small dinner parties.

One of the greatest things about this flat is the location. As anyone who has lived in Buenos Aires with tell you, Plaza Italia is a perfect place to live. Not only is it within walking distance of all the bars, restaurants, cafes and clubs of Palermo, but the famous Avenida Santa Fe, with its bus and subway connection is only a few minutes walking, meaning that travelling around the whole city is made truly easy and stress free.

Plaza Italia is right next to the beautiful parks of Palermo, the stunning Botanical Gardens of Buenos Aires, and of course the Buenos Aires Zoo. It truly is a great area to live with everything you will want or need, within easily accessible distances.

Really nice apartment only 1 block from placa Italia, the Rural, the Botanical Gardens and Buenos Aires Zoo, and in the heart of Palermo Soho. Lots of light and view. Newly furnished. Close to subway and all transport. Double bed in bedroom and sofa turns into 2 singles (see photos below).
