Vacation Rental Description

This is a tasteful, modern, newly renovated loft apartment in a quiet building. It is located at Oktogon (6th district) in the cafe district in the heart of Budapest and is ideal for a couple.

The apartment is a five minute walk from the Opera House, a short walk to the Danube river and right across the street from the most popular cafe, restaurant square in Pest.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and free unlimited wireless internet. There is one double bed in the loft (ceiling height of 6 feet) plus one fold-out single guest bed downstairs. The total size of the apartment, including the loft area, is approximately 50 square metres (450
square feet).

On-street paid parking is available.

We regret that we do not allow babies and children under 6 years of age to stay in the apartment as it is not child-friendly due to loft height, open staircase, etc.

This is a non-smoking flat and pets are prohibited.

Oktogon, located in the 6th district of Budapest, is truly the heart of Pest. Numerous cafes, clubs, restaurants, shops, tourist sights are all within short walking distances. Also, public transport (be it tram, bus or metro) are all easily accessable.

1. Prices begin at 35 euros per night with one person and 45 euros per night with two people in the apartment. These prices are for the apartment per night - not per person. There are no added taxes or hidden fees. We do not accept credit cards and request a cash payment (in euros) for the entire length of your stay upon your arrival in the apartmnet. Also, we do not accept money orders, cheques, bank transfers, etc. As a security measure we copy down the information from your passport or driver's license.
