This property is an exclusive three room holiday apartment located in the green hills of Buda, in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Budapest.

This is not the usual faceless rental apartment you will find elsewhere. Since we, the owners,
lived there it is equipped with all amenities to make you feel home. There is even a piano
and numerous English and German books.

The Budapest holiday rental apartment is 75 sq meter, it is completely renovated, fully furnished and comprises of a spacious living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bath room with shower and a guest toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and ceramic hotplates.
The living rooms opens to a balcony with splendid views over the city and the nearby green hills. The balcony is facing south and 'enjoyes' sun most fo the day. It is well separated and perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. After a busy day downtown enjoy a glass of wine at the balcony with the twinkling lights of the city below.

Parking for residents is available.

On request, the Budapest apartment can be rented for longer periods.

The holiday apartment located in the green hills of Buda in most popular district of Budapest. In this part of the city you will find most of the embassies, consulates and foreign schools (American International School, German Collage, Jewish School and the French Lycée) . It is one of the best residential areas of Budapest with good and easy access to downtown and spas and with splendid views over the city.

Downtown easily reachable, Bus stop about 30 m, takes about 15 minutes to city, bus every 10 minutes.

The rental apartment is ideally suited for people who want to visit Budapest's tourist attractions, thermal spas but seek recration at the same time.
