 I selected the hotel for convenience during a period when I was looking for long-term accommodation. In this respect, the hotel fully met my requirements: the location is excellent, there is a cooking area in the room, laundry facility available and staying longer in the hotel I appreciate it that cleaning is done on a weekly basis only. Other pluses: the hotel was very quiet. I did not use the breakfast option so cannot say about that. (07-10-2011) |

More than 48 hours: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 48 hours prior warning to your arrival date, 10% of the total is retained
Within 48 hours: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 48 hours of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
