Vacation Rental Description

Lovely brussels vacation rental apartment in the center of Brussels ideally located in a wonderful residential area quiet and green with beautiful Art Nouveau and Art Deco houses. It is situated near Abbaye de la Cambre, Etangs d’Ixelles. It is the preferred area of the inhabitants of Brussels.

 

10 min walking from the area chatelaine and 10 min from grand place.

 

The Studio is very peacefull and has lots of natural light. Tastefully decorated. Quick step floor.

 

45m² studio for 2 persons with fully equipped american kitchen and small bathroom with shower and sink. 1 double bed, big table with 4 chairs.. Digital TV. Internet

 

Easy parking in front of the house. First floor without lift.

 

No kids nor pets allowed. No parties nor loud people allowed. Owner speaks English, French, Spanish and German.

 

Daily, weekly and monthly rental. From 58€ per day , 300€ per week., 1200€ per month.

Rental price all charges included (water electricity and gas and building charges).

About Brussels City Centre

The apartment is surrounded by an incredible area with a lot of tourist interests. For sure, you will love this place!

The grand place is close to the apartment. You can whether walk or take a bus o a tram to get there.

Le Bois de la Cambre, which is linked to the centre of Brussels by the Louise Avenue is a former overhang of the foret de Soigne (forest) in the city of Brussels. This green lung of the South of the city is nowadays an incredible place for family or social gathering, picnic or jogging around the Robinson pond.

The Abbey of La Cambre is a very nice set of buildings very well preserved. The Abbey of la cambre is surrounded by a very nice park where it is very pleasant to walk around.

The avenue Louise welcomes all the luxury boutiques.

The Chatelain area is a place where life is enjoyable. It is a district full of life, cosmopolitan, European, young and trendy, very appreciated by the inhabitants of Brussels. There are a lot of restaurants and bars with crowded terraces in spring and summer.

The square Chatelain welcomes every Wednesday the very popular market “marché du Chatelain” from 1 pm till 7 pm. The inhabitants of Brussels get together at 5 of 6 pm. to have a drink before dinner to take advantage of the very friendly and festive atmosphere!
