Great location right down the street from the most diverse restaurant district we found with Indian, Indonesian, Irish, Thai and Belgian foods. This apartment was towards the fashion end of the district, so it wasn't loud or too busy just outside the door. Tons of space, we appreciated there was both a bathtub and a shower; however, the tub was not quite big enough to fit two people ;) Certainly adequate for most travelers. The elevator to the apartment was well located and very helpful, but definitely small. The BIG TV and kitchen were great to relax with after visiting sites--we ate leftovers at the dining room table that sat six.

- Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the full rental rate.
- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
- If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
- Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
