Continental Breakfast is offered each morning. Free wireless internet access and Brand new matresses as of December 2008! Front Desk Open from 7am to 12am (midnight). The first night will be charged in case of late cancellations or no shows. Please check the exact cancellation policy of the accommodation on the next page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a unit indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". Payment Terms: Holiday Velvet does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details through our secure payment system only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the accommodation. In case your chosen serviced apartment or residence needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. If you have selected a "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" rate the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the accommodation at the time of booking. |
