This is a spacious three-bedroom Barcelona attic apartment (100m2 + 60m2 terrace), full of light. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. A big living room sofa-bed can provide extra sleeping space for two people. There is also one pullout bed available. The Barcelona apartment has a one bathroom with a shower, and one separate toilet, salon, kitchen, laundry room, and - as it's on the last floor (5th) - it has a very big terrace with nice views of the city. The building is new, with an elevator. Smoking is not allowed inside the rental apartment, only on the terrace.

The rental apartment is situated in the very center of Barcelona, only 1 minute walk from the city's landmark, Sagrada Familia. It is in a pedestrian zone, Avenida Gaudi, a beautiful avenue that leads from Sagrada Familia to Hospital Sant Pau (yet another of Gaudi's works).

The apartment is a perfect base for sight-seeing, as most major tourist attractions are within a walking distance, or at worst - 20 minutes by public transport. Train, metro and bus stations are near by, and it's easy to find a taxi.
