Enjoy this 35m2 Barcelona holiday apartment located next to our apartment Rambla #1 with comfortable living room equipped with a sofa for relaxing watching tv or listening to music.

In the kitchen you will find any cooking ability necessary for preparing your own meals, casseroles, plates and microwave and of course a dinning table for your meals.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with comfortable double bed and a closet.

The modern bathroom has a shower and a washing machine in case you need it.

The apartment is very bright and sunny all day, it is a 4th floor ... with no elevator.

About Boutique Raval

The area where the apartment is located is becoming very trendy. In Rambla del Raval you will find plenty of terraces for enjoying morning breakfast and also different restaurants around for dinner or lunch. Other interesting sightseeing in the area is the Contemporary Art Museum (MACBA), Sant Pau del Camp church or the Maritim Museum.

The apartment is well connected to other areas of the city by different metro stations, Paral.lel or Liceu and the famous Ramblas boulevard is just 5 minutes walking from the apartment.
